5 Healthy Additions to Your Morning Yogurt

 I love to add these additions to my yogurt !!!

1. A spinkle of Cacao nibs gives a hint of chocolate. YUM!! 

2. Chia seeds are great for extra omega-3 good fats.

3. Blueberries give extra antioxidants to improve memory.

4. Pumkin seeds are high in zinc and vitamin E that regulate mood and fight  the growth of cancer tumors.. 

5. Powdered carrot juice is high in vitamin C and great for eye health, but also adds a beautiful color to your yogurt.
